A practical first step for new U.S. dispatch clients

You may already have a working business and still spend too much time at the dispatch desk. Truck owners compare loads and chase paperwork. NEMT managers deal with changing pickups and returns. Taxi operators lose time between an incoming call and a suitable driver assignment. The trial lets you review support against a specific workload in your own operation.

This offer is for new clients with an existing U.S. transportation operation. TruCore provides dispatch support; your business keeps its vehicles, drivers, operating responsibilities, and approval rules. Availability and readiness are confirmed after the audit.

Choose a truck, NEMT, or taxi dispatch trial

The offer applies to each of our three dispatch services. Choose the service you need, then agree the specific tasks and coverage with your representative. The items below are workflows to review for your trial, rather than an automatic commitment to every task or shift.

Free truck dispatch trial

For U.S. owner-operators and fleets that want to assess dispatch support around the trucks and lanes they actually run.

  • Source suitable loads within your equipment and lane brief.
  • Discuss rates and broker terms within your instructions.
  • Organize rate confirmations, booking paperwork, and agreed follow-up.

Bring your equipment type, available trucks, preferred lanes, operating costs, and home-time limits. You retain load approval and carrier responsibilities.

Free NEMT dispatch trial

For existing U.S. non-emergency medical transportation providers reviewing scheduling, assignment, or shift support.

  • Review trip scheduling and driver assignments against available capacity.
  • Coordinate scheduled returns, will-calls, and late-pickup exceptions.
  • Handle agreed status and broker-portal work through approved systems.

Bring business-level trip volume, fleet size, systems, approved portals, and needed hours. Your business continues to provide the transportation.

Free taxi dispatch trial

For U.S. taxi fleets reviewing booking call handling, driver allocation, overflow, or a defined dispatch shift.

  • Handle booking calls and requests through the agreed channels.
  • Check existing bookings and suitable-driver availability before assignment.
  • Coordinate changes, airport requests, and unresolved shift handoffs.

Bring your city or region, booking volume, fleet size, phone routing, dispatch system, and coverage needs. Phone and system compatibility are reviewed before launch.

A full operation audit comes before your free trial

The audit turns an open-ended offer into a workable plan. We review where your dispatch work gets stuck, what your team already handles, and which decisions need your approval. Share a typical operating day or week at business level so we can identify a useful trial workflow.

  • Your operation: service type, fleet size, U.S. regions, equipment or trip types, and typical volume.
  • Your bottleneck: unsuitable loads, broker follow-up, late pickups, pending returns, missed calls, or unassigned bookings.
  • Your systems: load boards, scheduling tools, approved portals, booking channels, and communication methods.
  • Your working rules: coverage hours, load or booking approvals, escalation contacts, and shift handoffs.
  • Your launch plan: permitted access, staffing readiness, included tasks, the trial window, and what you will review afterward.

Use the public inquiry form for general business details. Do not send patient records, live manifests, passwords, or payment information. Any later operational access is arranged through the approved onboarding process.

How to start your three-day trial

  1. Talk to our representative. Choose email or WhatsApp, or send an operation audit request. Tell us which dispatch service you need and your main problem.
  2. Complete the operation audit. Review workload, tools, coverage needs, and your operating rules together.
  3. Confirm the trial scope and dates. Agree the tasks, hours, responsibilities, and launch requirements before the three-day window starts.
  4. Run the agreed trial and review the work. Assess communication, follow-through, handoffs, and fit with your operation before discussing ongoing support.

The agreed trial dispatch service fee is $0 for three days. Your normal operating expenses remain yours. Coverage outside the agreed window and additional workflows need separate discussion; they are not automatically included in the offer.

What to review before choosing ongoing dispatch support

A short trial is most useful when you decide what to review in advance. For truck dispatch, look at the suitability of recommendations, empty miles, approval quality, and open paperwork. For NEMT, review scheduling conflicts, return-trip ownership, and exception handoffs. For taxi dispatch, check booking capture, duplicate requests, driver acknowledgment, and unresolved jobs.

Discuss the work performed and the issues that still need attention. Three days cannot establish long-term revenue or remove every capacity constraint. Loads, rates, staffing, traffic, and customer readiness still affect outcomes.

Any paid service afterward is agreed separately in your proposal. Review the actual fees, billing basis, tasks, coverage, and responsibilities on our dispatch pricing page before choosing ongoing support.

3-day free dispatch trial questions

What is the 3-day free dispatch trial?

It is a new-client offer to try TruCore Logistics dispatch support for three days in an agreed truck, NEMT, or taxi workflow. The dispatch service fee for that trial scope is $0. The trial starts after a full operation audit and confirmation of the scope, coverage, and start date.

Who can request the free trial?

New clients with an existing U.S. trucking, NEMT, or taxi operation can request an audit. We review your workload, systems, operating rules, and coverage needs before confirming whether the proposed trial is ready to start.

Does submitting a form start my three days?

No. Contacting us or submitting an audit request does not start the trial. Your representative confirms the trial window after the operation audit and launch requirements are complete.

What does the operation audit cover?

We review your service type, fleet and job volume, operating regions, current dispatch workflow, systems, coverage needs, approval rules, and the problems you want to address. The review identifies the work to include, access and staffing requirements, and responsibilities that stay with your business.

Are all three dispatch services included?

The offer is available for truck, NEMT, and taxi dispatch. Select the service and workflow your operation needs; the actual trial tasks are agreed after the audit. A trial request does not automatically activate three separate dispatch desks.

What exactly is free?

The TruCore dispatch service fee for the agreed three-day trial scope is $0. The offer does not pay your fuel, drivers, vehicles, insurance, platform subscriptions, or other operating expenses. Your representative confirms the included tasks and any external system requirements before launch.

Does the trial include 24/7 coverage or guaranteed loads?

Neither is automatically included. Coverage hours, staffing, equipment readiness, and permitted systems are confirmed for the trial. Available freight, rates, vehicles, traffic, and customer readiness affect results; no weekly revenue, dedicated lane, or booking outcome is guaranteed.

What happens after the trial?

Review the work with your representative and discuss whether continued support fits your operation. Any paid service afterward is agreed separately in your proposal, including the fee, billing basis, included tasks, and coverage.
