Clear expectations, from the start.
The website explains the service. Your written agreement defines the actual working relationship.
Effective date: October 3, 2026.
These website terms apply to use of the TruCore Logistics marketing website, its informational guides, demonstrations, and inquiry form. They do not replace a written dispatch service agreement. If you engage a service, its scope, price, coverage, responsibilities, and other terms are agreed separately.
Information and demonstrations
The site describes proposed dispatch support for existing truck, NEMT, and taxi operators. It does not provide transportation, emergency assistance, clinical advice, carrier authority, permits, insurance, or a complete compliance program. Your business retains its operating responsibilities. Educational guides explain practical operating questions and are not a substitute for specialist advice where required.
The dispatch simulator uses synthetic records and is not connected to live fleets, load boards, patient systems, or booking queues. The calculator uses visible assumptions to illustrate administrative time value. It does not establish measured savings, additional revenue, guaranteed rates, or a service outcome.
Quotes and service commitments
A submitted inquiry begins a service discussion. It does not accept a price, book dispatch work, guarantee a start date, or establish a contract. Pricing models on the website are descriptions; actual rates and billing definitions belong in your proposal. Coverage hours and response expectations must be confirmed in writing.
Any suggested 48-hour onboarding target or SLA-style statement is a planning placeholder until a service agreement establishes it. Launch readiness depends on authorized access, systems, staffing, training, and appropriate handling arrangements. No certification, award, testimonial, or operating authority is implied where it has not been verified and expressly stated.
Appropriate use
Provide accurate business information and only information you are authorized to share. Do not submit patient PHI, live manifests, credentials, card details, or sensitive personal records through the inquiry form. Do not use the site to impersonate another person, interfere with systems, submit abusive requests, or attempt unauthorized access.
Your contact permission is described in the privacy policy and the form’s affirmative consent box. Reading the site does not authorize contact. You may contact the company directly instead of using the form and may withdraw permission for future inquiry follow-up.
Content and links
The TruCore Logistics name and supplied logo identify the business. Website content is provided for evaluating its services and understanding the described workflows. Third-party links are offered as references; those services maintain their own terms and policies. A linked source does not certify TruCore Logistics or guarantee a particular operating result.
Availability and questions
The website and delivery providers may be unavailable or interrupted. A form error means submission has not been confirmed. Use the published business email contacts if you need to follow up on an inquiry. This website does not establish a guaranteed response window or emergency contact channel.
