Your information. A clear purpose.
Understand what we collect, how we use it, and the permission you give when you request contact.
Effective date: October 3, 2026.
This policy explains how TruCore Logistics handles information submitted through this website and the choices available to visitors. It covers website inquiries and optional analytics. A separate service agreement and applicable data-handling arrangements govern any later dispatch engagement. The public website is a business inquiry channel, not a patient portal, payment system, or live dispatch platform.
Information you provide
When you request a quote, we ask for your name, company, email, phone, contact preference, and business operating details. Depending on the service, those details can include fleet size, general regions, equipment or trip categories, typical job volume, current systems, coverage needs, and operational pain points. MC and DOT numbers are optional for truck inquiries. Optional referral and campaign information may help us understand how you found the site.
Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, medical conditions, appointment details, live manifests, passwords, card numbers, or other sensitive records through this website. The NEMT inquiry form is designed for business-level information only. Contact us before sharing information that requires a separate authorized channel or agreement.
How we use inquiry information
We use your information to review the requested service, contact you about your inquiry, clarify requirements, prepare a proposal, maintain the inquiry record, and protect the form against abuse. Submitting a quote does not start a dispatch service, establish a price, or create a contract. We do not use this form to enroll you automatically in an unrelated marketing list.
We may contact you by the method you select: email, phone, or either. Contact is limited to your inquiry and related service discussions unless you separately request another purpose. We do not treat your form consent as permission for unrelated bulk marketing, automated calls, or text campaigns.
Your consent to contact
The quote form contains a required, unchecked consent box. By checking it and submitting the request, you expressly ask TruCore Logistics to contact you about that request using the business contact information you provide. The form sends your affirmative consent, its stated purpose, policy version, and a submission timestamp with the inquiry. Merely browsing this website or reading this policy does not provide consent.
You can withdraw permission for future inquiry follow-up by emailing jimmy@trucorelogistics.com or travis@trucorelogistics.com. Identify the email or phone associated with the inquiry so we can locate it. Withdrawal does not erase a communication already sent, and records may need to be retained for legitimate business, security, or legal reasons. Consent to follow-up is not a condition of purchasing a service; you may contact us directly instead of using the quote form.
Service providers and delivery
The website sends quote inquiries directly to Formspree, our form-submission provider, through its secure endpoint. Formspree receives the business information and contact consent you submit, processes the inquiry, and handles delivery according to the company's form-account settings. The website shows a successful submission only after Formspree accepts the request. It does not promise a separate confirmation email.
These providers receive information needed for their functions. Inquiry information may be processed where the providers and authorized business systems operate, including outside your country. We do not sell inquiry information through this website. We do not share inquiry fields with advertising analytics. Any later operational-data access is assessed separately from the website inquiry process.
Browser storage and optional analytics
The quote form saves draft progress in session storage for the current browser tab so you can move between steps without losing the work. The draft is cleared after a successful submission. Consent is not preselected when a saved draft is restored. You can clear the draft by closing the browser session or clearing the site’s storage. Shared-device users should clear their progress before leaving the device.
Local storage remembers your display-theme choice, optional analytics preference, and dismissal of the quote reminder. These settings stay in your browser until changed or cleared. They do not contain the submitted inquiry record.
If Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is configured, the site asks before loading optional analytics. You may allow or decline it; the inquiry form works either way. With permission, analytics can record page interactions and quote-step or completion events, without sending your name, email, phone, patient details, or other form answers as analytics parameters. You may change or clear the stored analytics choice using your browser’s site-data controls. Provider tools may use cookies or related technologies after permission is given.
Security and abuse prevention
The form checks required fields and contact consent in your browser before submission, limits the information it sends to the selected service's fields, and includes a hidden field intended to help detect automated submissions. Formspree handles provider-side abuse controls and any configured security challenges. Hosting and form providers may maintain security and technical logs under their policies.
Access to the company's Formspree account and inquiry inboxes should be limited to authorized personnel. No internet service can promise perfect security. Do not send information through the form that requires a more restricted channel. If submission is unavailable, the form displays an error instead of showing a completed request.
Retention
Submitted inquiries are handled in Formspree and authorized business inboxes. Their retention depends on the company's account settings, business recordkeeping practices, provider policies, and applicable obligations. The website does not maintain a separate inquiry database or enforce an automatic 90-day deletion period. Browser drafts and preferences follow the storage behavior described above. Contact us with retention or deletion questions before submitting.
We review requests to correct or remove inquiry information and may need to verify the requester before making a change. We may retain information needed to resolve disputes, prevent abuse, document consent, or satisfy applicable obligations. Contact us if you need a specific retention or deletion question answered before submitting.
Your requests and choices
You can ask about access to your inquiry information, correction of inaccurate details, withdrawal of contact permission, or deletion where applicable. Send the request to our leadership or support contact. We will evaluate it under the circumstances and applicable requirements. This policy does not promise rights, response deadlines, or exemptions that have not been assessed for the business.
The site is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children. Do not submit information about a child or patient. If you believe sensitive or unauthorized information has been submitted, contact us so the record can be reviewed through an appropriate process.
